The 48th New Hampshire Sheep & Wool Festival at the Deerfield Fairgrounds, run by the non-profit New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Growers Association. Saturday runs 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm, with sheep-shearing and dog herding demonstrations, over 115 vendors, and workshops on dyeing, spinning, knitting and sheep basics. Admission is $10, free for ages 12 and under.
