The fifth annual New England Hot Sauce Fest at Strawbery Banke Museum, running 11 am to 5 pm with VIP early admission from 10 to 11 am and a rain date of August 2. It features 30 Northeast hot sauce makers, food trucks, crafters, beer, music, spicy eating contests and an Extreme Heat Pepper Challenge using Pepper X. Proceeds benefit the Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation and the Seacoast Science Center.
