4-H is a youth program delivered in New Hampshire through the university's cooperative extension system and organized into local clubs. Members raise animals and complete projects over the year, then exhibit them at fairs where they are judged in youth classes. A fair with 4-H in its name is normally centred on those youth exhibitors rather than on a midway.
